Regenic.ai's public proving ground #
A theory has to be tested in practice, and then rewritten by what practice finds. Regenic.ai publishes the theory and keeps working at the frontier. bioby.ai is the first proving ground: a company using this theory to solve real problems.
bioby.ai is an AI Agent–driven influencer marketing execution engine. It runs scaled overseas creator campaigns for Chinese brands going global, so influencer spend can scale the way performance ads do. AI Agents take over the work that used to be done by hand—search, outreach, negotiation, review, and tracking. Along the way, the human team supplies the brief, the content, brand safety, and the judgment that delivery still depends on.
The contactable creator library has passed 8 million, and keeps growing by about 30 thousand newly contactable creators a day. Real closed prices now exceed 200 thousand rows, covering 100-plus country markets. The company has already served most of China's top outbound brands and service providers.
What bioby.ai offers:
- Influencer marketing for outbound brands: One entry to submit a brief, watch progress, and receive results. AI Agents run the full chain, experts gate the critical nodes, progress is visible in real time, and pricing is anchored in the market. Brand services · Brand workspace
- AI Agent full-chain execution: Search → outreach → negotiation → review → tracking. Simple tasks run on their own; complex ones are AI-assisted, with an expert signing off.
- Real-deal pricing and matching: Structured closed prices as the negotiation baseline; historical orders keep improving how brands and creators are matched.
- Content control and flexible settlement: Scripts go through AI first, then an expert signs off. Smaller budgets can top up and trial first; larger companies can settle monthly on their payment terms.
- Low-barrier trial, then scale: Start from $50 for a first order, and scale once delivery is proven. Free tool suite
I worked a set of standards out in this book. Whether they are any good depends on whether they actually land in a concrete situation, and whether they can drive a company to grow faster at the moment of each decision. bioby.ai is my proving ground. Readers can follow how the business develops; that is how these standards get tested.
Author introduction #
Jeson Li, author of Rewrite the DNA, initiator of Regenic.ai, and founder of bioby.ai.
I did not write this book to add another management theory. I wrote it so investors, the team, customers, and future partners of bioby.ai can understand every decision we make, and share a unified context with us. These standards already run through my own company. The eight-layer organizational standards—mission, belief, behavior, thinking, judgment, people investment, management, and learning—are the organizational-behavior master table bioby.ai is using now. At the people-investment layer, we accept ROI greater than 1 for everyone. Many of the cases in this book are things that actually happened to us, and every choice had to be made with care. Each chapter ends with "What to Do Monday Morning"—an exercise left for you. Try it on your own organization and see whether it holds.
OpenAI and other LLM companies built generative intelligence. Regenic.ai is after the source of human judgment, and a way to generate that judgment as the situation changes.
The full argument is free on Regenic.ai, and it keeps changing as cases, tools, and practice feedback arrive.
Before founding bioby.ai, I started several companies and co-founded Diffshop and Eezycollab. The company has been profitable since year one, with annual revenue in the tens of millions of yuan. It has served more than 200 brand customers, including Alibaba and Baidu, and covers about half of China's top outbound brand KAs. The path is a textbook case of growing up under the worst script: early funding was thin, so every step had to be right, and one failed decision could have ended the company.
